from my experience , the best time to go there is early , night and when rain falling.
Headed up toco side today.....2 pompano in big bay.....san souci was too rough and de surfers were there..........went up to shark river and fished on the left hand side of the river mouth....pretty decent spot buh u need sneakers to cross the rocks to get there.........held another 2 pompano, had some guys who held some cro cro and a shark on the high tide earlier in the day...............

haydn28, Use to go down there all the time, and you are right late in the evening or early morning is when we use to get the big bites. What about the wall do people still fish from it. have not been down there in years
Fellah, we could make a Table or Rock run end of April if you all interested. All night affair, walk with yuh tent and OFF. I will look at the weather, moon and tides and choose the best weekend. If you all for lets plan from now. All in say Aye...
Well it looking like the weekend of the 24th would be the best weekend. Moon in third phase before full moon. Full moon is the wednesday after . Since it will be an long run we wont have to worry bout tides as we would be fishing throughout.
So plan allyuh vacation, get allyuh VISA stamp... who have van bring the bbq pit and big pot for broth. Closer up we will see how the weather treating us and confirm.
^man say he going up this WEEK, camping manzan WEEKEND
haydn28, how's the fishing at the 'cannons' spot? i was gonna head up to a north coast bay myself, maybe the bay in front Nanan's Waterfront Resort, direct turn-off from the main road, i have a contact for a boatman located right there...so if the shore fishing isn't productive, i get him to check a couple banks just off shore...usually always has something biting...
