What is the weather like in central?

What the weather like heading to central from north? Is the highway flooded? Backed up traffic?

I'd like to know similar, except I am heading from North to South.

North has had some heavy bursts over night but not constantly heavy. Have not left work yet so I am not sure what the roads look like out there.

@9:00am accidents cleared. heavy traffic from chaguanas northbound till lil before Caroni flyover.

plenty shoulder drivers....
