AWD Motorsports EVO 1st place in 'True Street' @ NSCRA

Congratulations go out to the entire AWD Motorsports team for being victorious in the 'True Street' class at the NSCRA Round 2 event held on Saturday at PBIR.
Seems like they were on their way to another victory on sunday's round 3 event but unfortunately during eliminations in the semi-finals the rear diff broke and ended all hopes.

even though I agree with you about crispeed ability he did not tune this car master tuner deerk did it with the stock ecu.

17's homie stock business

Last saturday the car ran 8.99@159mph using the stock ecu and full drag slicks.
The previous EVO drag radial record was set at 9.41 in puerto rico. We did run a 9.42 previously on drag radials and was content with the time but the certain PR racer with the record was talking mad sheit so we decided to slap the radials back on to see what it was capable of.
Tonight we took it back to PBIR on drag radials in NSCRA 'True Street' class legal setup like it is during competition. It ran 9.17@159mph, 9.09@160mph and then a 9.05@159mph. Friday we will be back at the track hoping to be the 1st in the 8's using drag radials.
Videos from tonight will be up shortly but for the time being here's the 8.99 sec video.

Exactly the way it came from Mitsubishi. Every hardware component is factory stock.
