You seem to be very misinformed on how muscle grows. If all of a sudden you start to skip meals what do you think will happen?

You must loose weight because your body needs a certain amount of calories to sustain a certain size. If you drop the calories your body drops weight to adjust to your calorie intake.

Similarly, once you weight train and you put on muscle mass and weight, your body needs more nutrients than the average person and thus you need to feed them. If you don't feed them then obviously you will loose muscle mass and weight.

People like you see fit people and say the only reason they have muscles is because they get protein. Not because they weight train every day for 3 hrs a day for 5 years.

Supplements are exactly that, supplements. They supplement your diet for you to meet your calorie goals. They are not magic.

i sell optimum nutrition which has vitamins called optimen, you are free to check it up.

Optimen High potency vitamins in a premium blend great for those whose bodies go under alot of stress mentally and or physically, whether it may be exercise or even daily stress.

There are quite a few other vitamins on the market centrum multibionta seven seas etc which are all over priced and of a lesser blend compared with the Optimum Nutrition. You and anyone are free to do your own research.

Regardless of the brand, everyone should be taking vitamin supplements, we simply do not get the vitamins and minerals we should be getting from the foods of today. Hence again the term "supplements" your diet and not "replaces" your diet.
