I've noticed a reduction in performance over the past few weeks as well.
Last Result:
Download Speed: 11385 kbps (1423.1 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 674 kbps (84.3 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 26 ms

Nope, apparently there's something wrong with the exchange. Even carried the modem into TSTT and they tried many times to get it to work, then used another modem with the same account and that didn't work. So now we have to wait on a technician to go check out the exchange and see what's wrong there.

(I don't know why they couldn't just create a new account and let us use that but they know what they're doing.. rite)

what about going so to management access control passwords an resetting that passwords ???

starting having problems with my speed for the past week again. getting half of what i'm paying for :S

anybody else still having issues. specifically in the chase village/orangefield area?

on 4mb package..

try unpluggin ur modem for a minute then pluggin it back in to refresh ur ip with tstt..that normally works for me..
