since its post paid and u have a berry its pay as u use service..and in trinidad on our bill, it doesnt show ur minuites, internet usuage and other add on services...it just tells u that u owe them this amount..unless u ask for a ref of ur history..and if u pay $100 a month for talk time...just as if u buy a $100 phone card...its 100 virtual dollars that u could spend how eva u like on ur phone, may it be calling, texting, lingo or internet..and i assume u dont cross ur limit so u dont notice it

like lingo and them rubbish...look on d site nah....but under all seriousness...use ur common sense...and for the guy that trying to insult me with his so called knowledge.. u say that u only can send bbm's through wifi if u on post paid...but if u on pre paid then it wont work...then that would mean that ur being billed for it cuz it requires ur mobile internet which bmobiles gives u ON EVERY POST PAID BLACKBERRY SIMCARD...gezzzzzzz

and service books govern the functionality of a BB which are provided by tstt. with these same service books tstt can limit functionality for users, be it pre paid or post paid. (i.e. email, bbm, msn, etc).
d reason why pre paid users dont have this is because and im guessing, when they dont put a phone card and get d/c, they wont be able to connect over wifi and get free service.
hence they wont be able to cheat the system.

when using wifi u bypass tstt's internet service and connect directly to blackberry servers using ur WIFI. hence, u are not billed. how can u be billed for something that isnt even routed through TSTT?!?

yup i had a berry and it didnt work for me....from what i factually know is that bb servers are routed through mobile Apn's which arnt the same as the static ip adresses u get on a broadband connection...u get billed for it but it comes like u made a short phone call....if u want u could get a ref of ur bill, and how much time u spent on each call and use the rates per sec and calculate how much u actually used for calling...but hey u wont do that...hence u neva notice the bbm's charge...its soo small cuz its mostly text that u dont see a tiny bump in ur bill per month..GEZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

common sense with what? i want a phone , and data which i pay for... lingo and all those other "plans" don't save you money... but the average trini doesn't know that
why do i need to look at the site to prove your point?
my bill shows me minutes used, roll over, sms used and unlike others i could say i have unlimited data

So I went to bmobile with the police report to get my sim card back with my number and to get a new phone, the lady told me that I dont qualify because I had my phone for less than 6 months blah blah blah - So I ask her to giv eme a chance and to put the extra 300 that I would have to pay on my account on my bill or something (I only got exact money for the post paid phone and the sim card) she said no they cant do that

Ended up only getting the sim card, while leaving westmall I saw a store selling the torch for 3500 compared to bmobiles 4500-prepaid and 4200-postpaid prices

how much is the warranty though?

1 year, and it's actually better than the last one I had from bmobile, it had the att logo on it (i got it removed though) and it has the word torch written on the back (by the camera), and the slider is more stable ... makes me wonder if i should even consider buying my next phone from bmobile

I dont think I've ever bought a phone from bmobile or digicel.
Actually I bought a cepep from digi when they were $49.00 just for the number though.
Other than that, all were purchased in stores or away.

Used a one cent piece. Didn't leave any scratches either. I saw someone doing it on YouTube.



I don't know if the material on the torch and the 9780 is the same though. Should do a search to be safe
