we got ours from pricemart.. very good machine !

That was the most trouble some and finicky printer i ever bought , had to call miami , send replacement , send mine up , they sent a refurb that lasted all of two weeks , my advice stay very very far

you must have been unlucky, we've had ours over a year and the only thing replaced was the toner(about a month ago)

So, i visited them today, they have 2 units that can fit my need
Unfortunately the store upstairs was closed
So i couldnt get my brakepads

Literally around the corner from Snikla
They had 1 unit that was my spec
And just that 1 unit available

if its for a Brother printer, Eric Solis....they are under parent company Office Authority..

Actually met with Nigel, very helpful guy
They too only had 1 machine that could work for my needs

They seem to be more focused on the commercial aspect of copiers and coloured printers


In addition, i visited Amaranth Business Solutions
They only have 2 models, neither of which suit my needs


So bascially, everybody had 1 mid-sized, black only machine can can duplex scan, copy and print legal sized paper

And they all only had that 1 unit in stock


Didnt realize it would have been this difficult to source copier


But overall, all the places i visited today had excellent customer service
