RBC vs Republic.

Any suggestions/cons of either bank?

So far from what I understand Republic's Linx/CC POS terminals give a hella lot of trouble.

I know a couple major Conglomerates that switched from RBTT to Republic POS Linx Terminals Without hassle and have had no problems the key is regular maintenance for the system and upgrades when necessary

Wasn't their system down sporadically this and last week?

Well I can't answer about last week I was not in country at that point But this week I did not hear a problem with any of the systems I deal with i will check with our IT manager

Republic systems regularly have connection issues so boo to them. RBC is in transition stage and I've heard the complaints of many many customers who have switched banks and have no complaints. I'm not sure about FCB. Scotia's services cannot be touched. No blackouts, connection issues, they're customer experience and service focused. PM if you're interested, I'll point you in the right direction.

FCUK RBTT/ RBC, last week I got errors trying to use the atm, evenetually got through at another atm so I didnt bother to complain, Tried to get some money out today and no atm works at all, they have issues too often, I'm gonna close my account Tuesday, open a Scotia account. I already have a credit card with Scotia so I would just do all my business there.
