Question on insurance & loss of use

Wanted to find out what is the maximum no. of days an insurance company would pay loss of use for and how much is it per day?

in the case where the other party is wrong & their insurance company has to pay..?

for those who interested...

loss of use usually amounts to approx. $50 per day, for a max of 10 days. if the person has to rent a car (like for work use) this can be recoverable but these instances are thoroughly investigated before payment is made.

no it doesn't. that's what you got.
it varies from company to company, and policy to policy. so you need to ask what you're paying for.

ex. 1 policy had it @ $100/day for 10 working days.
another had it @ $200/day for 2 weeks.

^ not my policy but the other party if they hit you and they wrong. Got this from a broker.

I know that within your own policy it tends to vary.
