hearing it may have someting to do with the evidence he shows on tv of rape etc and something with it being tampering with evidence and illegal to show on tv...

If police deal with all criminals so swiftly, crime would actually be down in this country. Quick to lock up alleyne for a non violent crime while people getting shot/robbed/kidnapped and all they do is sit back.
