yep still have them around and ...cable tv and internet change up the market...so men just dont want dey car fix...they want it restored..or "resto mod"...the owner of the mini said he just didnt want a mini...he wants a "sexy mini" ..so there is a expanding market beyond the "patchwork abortionist

what rear end is the lancer using?

i'm almost driving again. finished the front conversion, car now has full fc3s suspension, front and rear. the p/s feels ok, a little too soft imo.
dropped the car to get the exhaust reattached and some strengthening done to areas on the chassis. after i'll get the setup aligned and throw on the front bumper to avoid a ticket scene.
front tires and i'll be rolling until the next surgery: a complete and proper chassis refresh and some poly bushings...all my 1st gen poly bushings are now living in a cardboard box

i'll throw some pics when i get home..have to take 'em of the camera
