NIce review indeed. Still surprised at the 7.5 0-60 time. Seems pretty low - this therefore means that cars like the RX8 6 speed and the S2000 (which are both high revving n/a "driver's cars", with no emphasis on straight line power) should walk the GT-86 (both do 0-60 in about 6.5-6.8 seconds).

TTTL didn't get the memo that the FT86 was suppose to be an affordable rwd sports car.

How much allyuh want the thing to cost? is about $300,000.00 for a fully loaded pickup. How much for a camry? Should a fine tuned machine like this not be a bit more?

Last I heard a brand new Evo X from Diamond is over 550k-600k TTD. An STi is around the same price as well from N&M.

This must have been MANY years ago, like when the Evo 6's first came down

I'm 99% sure the Evo X is at least 500k TTD - got that about three mths ago from a rep @ diamond. And I'm 100% sure the STi is approx 500K - 550K.

^^RORO GT-R is about 850,000-900,00 (base grade, dings, scratches, higher mileage) to 1.3 million TTD (low mileage, pristine condition, probably a 2010 or 2011, legit mileage that is). These go for HIGH prices on JDM auctions, and to make it worse, import duties are a killer.

Yes I know you may not believe me....but do a search. Others have confirmed such. Again, that's RORO.

JDM? I thought the GT-Rs were being sourced from the UK.

Should be cheaper than the price quoted unless you're talking after someone makes a nice mark up. As said, duties wud be a b1tch.

At 200hp it doesn't cater to the typical trini looking for a speed rush.

Would love to see the cost-card on one and how the selling price is justified.

simple conrad, management at TTTL sucks balls and they simply did what a normel ( lol ) trini would do.
sales manager said "eh it new and we bring it an ent people paying 1mil for ah skyline so we go sell them it for a 350 thousand"; then the GM will say "but why so cheap? after all its a toyota so bump it to 417 fadda"

(doh knock me i am a toyota fan eh) lol

car is way over priced as all the vehicles from TTTL is.

They sell a "fully loaded" yaris for 175 and a base model corolla with hub caps and no abs for 180 :? Fully loaded corolla 1.8 with stereo controls on the steering wheel is 260+

I find it funny when people call Mitsubishi, Mazda, Chevy (anything other than Hyundai and Kia) overpriced.
