Have to agree with bizzare if you have all this information I can't see what you were trying to achieve with this thread, also the ist thing that you should have done was to detail your side of the "cool story", something that hasn't been done up till now...

Most if not all of the time, rules are for the ones who have not developed the skill/ability to restrain themselves or balance their Id, Ego and Superego (known on tuner as trolls or emo). The rest of us know better. Thanks for the bumps.

If you are driving PBK 4395 (a white bluebird) it is stolen, so kindly contact 683-5928 and we will go from there. Dion, we are patiently waiting for you to get the car back from whoever you "sold" it to and bring it back. Thank you.

Really? Is that why we had Santa Clause 34?

Anyway, Lola is not an irresponsible poster and with the info provided by Illuminati hopefully this matter will be resolved soon.

CAR FOUND:

Car was found in Paramin. Three different people "purchased" the vehicle. SMH. People please be careful of who and how you buy cars from. To the people who paid money to this individual and/or his associates we are sorry we lost your money to this scam.

BTW I thought Lola was a carpet muncher? no offence if not, I just thought it woulda made the MODS decicion to keep the thread beacause of tits and legs pics irrelevant

WRT the typo, he's right, I put "we are sorry WE lost your money to this scam." when I should've put "we are sorry YOU lost your money to this scam."

but your explanation was right on target there, they did a kinda "lay-away" ting to get the car (which was at a very too-good-to-be-true-price in the 1st place) smh. lol @ carpet muncher and no comment or offense taken.

And to whom it may concerns, please stop poking at the mods and admin....they try their best and work at their discretion.

Now seeing this but Dion also sold ah buddy of mine from TSTT a Y12 Wingroad about three weeks ago.The car was rented by Dion from a company in South. Thats his modus operandi, rent vehicle for ah few days then advertise them for sale at ah "bess" price and take people money..So people please be aware and not all "bess" deals are actually deals

By the way, Dion is known by the police as he is accustomed doing this, Fraud Squad charged him quite a few times already and IU understand he is out on bail currently for similar offences..

Glad you got your car back...

stealing cars don't get you jailed. using fraudulent documents do. :|

Four years for stealing rented car
By Nikita Braxton-Benjamin nikita.braxton@trinidadexpress.com

A MAN was yesterday sentenced to four years in prison after renting a vehicle which he stole and sold to an unsuspecting buyer.
Brian James, 28, was found guilty of larceny before San Fernando Magistrate Margaret Alert.
Alert said that the circumstances surrounded the theft were “frightening”.
In October 2008, James rented a car for three days from Ope Maumbia Cudjoe.
When he failed to return the vehicle, a report was made to Mon Repos Police Station and also to the security firm with the system to track the car.
The firm found the vehicle in St Joseph on October 11, but it was being driven by a man who said that he purchased the car from a person by the name of Ope Maumbia Cudjoe.
The buyer was one of five State witnesses called in the case and he testified that he was shown identification cards with Cudjoe’s name but which had James’s picture.
The buyer said he had signed all relevant documents required for a legitimate purchase of the car.
He bought the car for cash as James said he did not want a certified cheque.
Cudjoe later pointed out James during an identification parade as the person who rented the car from him.
He was charged by Sergeant Persad with stealing the Nissan Almera, valued $50,000.
James, a fruit salesman, yesterday asked for leniency, saying he had two-year-old twins.
“I can’t afford to go to jail,” he told Alert.
The magistrate told him that he could face a maximum of ten years in prison for the offence.
She sentenced James to four years behind bars.
Sergeant Veano Ragoo said that fraud charges had been laid against James in another court in relation to the forged documents and he was convicted of those offences.
