well on the other hand the driver may have actually had permission.

talk is that he had a sticker of a Balisier stuck on his windscreen, so im assuming that it instattly presumes that hes Handicap?

That story is utter bulls&$@ . When the truth comes out the man deserve more licks. People does park in handicap spots and don't care. Ignorance and wanting to play badjon get the man his blows, it good for him. He feel he could have taken advantage of the security cuz he is a small fella but he feeling it now.

true, but they shoulda beat he arse before me move, not after...therein lies the problem. not saying he ain't deserve the licks.


ah like the story he weave to the media though...how he stop to pickup his favourite juice....
