Has Nick worked at all? Check every now and then and it remains blank but judging from the guide it's Nick US not LA.

Heard the service is good, we'll have to wait for reviews after launch.

I would suggest anyone who is even thinking about taking this service to think twice. In Arima since the beginning of the month there has been "network problems" and blink internet drops every 2-5 minutes, I doubt the tv service would be any better......oh and no time frame for a fix

i have the service a little more than a year now
works almost perfect running 3 boxes and internet
picture and audio quality is much better than what i was getting from flow and the wireless options removes the messy cables all over the house

key is if your phone line can handle the bandwidth beased on cable quality and distance from the exchange

tstt will check and make changes within the exchange to ensure you have the bandwidht required however there are some areas that it just wont work

techs ran new cat5 cable from tstt's pt of termination outside the house to the new box

TV service is a completely separate frequency and does not depend on your Internet service to work.
They just all co-exsist on the same line.
Phone
Internet
TV

Will check with ppl close by who have the BE to see if they having issues because the problem is not an internet problem, its an "exchange problem"

lol your problem sounds like somewhere in your line has a fault.
But now is time for strike. Tuff luck finding a tech to run a proper diagnostic or swap lines the contractors can't do that for u....

So they will all blame the exchange

Any updates on service or reliability? Some of the packages they offering seem enticing... Have been using their net for over 1 year and no complaints (beside price), willing to take a gamble on the TV service too.
