The management was not dissolved. The Trustees will have to move that motion forward if they wish however there are varying opinions on that.

"At the TTASA Regular Monthly Meeting of 12th December 2012 at the Central indoor Sports Complex, three members of TTASA’s Management Committee - Competitions Chairman - Mr. Mootie Maharaj, Honorary Treasurer - Mr.Imtaz Abdul & Members’ Representative-Mr. Joe Nanan – submitted their written resignations from the Management Committee."

If there is no quorum then the management will be dissolved, however an amendment of the constitution may allow for the Trustees to appoint an interim member to the management allowing a quorum until an EGM can be called to re-elect new management to the resigned posts. The latter I am not totally familiar with so maybe a TTASA member (past or present) can clarify if the management has to be dissolved or can be allowed to carry on.

It's interesting that just a day or 2 before the shooting incident, 3 TTASA board members handed in their resignation... This is pure speculation on my part, but what if this story is much bigger than we all thought. Perhaps (again this is all speculation) something big is going on within and those 3 people caught wind of, so they decided to resign before the sheit hits the fan... Remember this is TTASA we talking about here, so just about anything is possible

In the above interviews, Ali almost seems like he's planning to tear up the contract WRT Camden, which will leave the new administration without a place to race.. I guess in his mind, he not leaving them with anything he helped to create. If he's working on behalf on an organization for the betterment of motorsports in T&T, don't you think it would be selfish of him to "take back" Camden or any other progress made by him when he resigns? Why not leave everything in place for the next administration to build upon? If that's the case, then it further supports the old talk that TTASA is run in a dictatorship format by Ali & his wife.
