I would like to thank the owner of the vehicle for once again giving me the opportunity to work on this vehicle. I have worked on many cars but this vehicle is special. Special in terms of how the owner keeps it. The only thing this car is missing its it own luxury garage. Probably who knows that may be in the making.

The car had over one year of dust and other contaminants. The goal of this detail was to reverse the one year aging using the latest equipment and detailing techniques. The guys at the body shop did a good job cleaning the vehicle for delivery but i was called in to thoroughly go through it in every detail.

This car was given a very special treatment every nook and cranny was detailed, not even my personal ride get this kind of attention.

Here are some pics of the detailing that was carried out.

Excellent job man, car can roll like this for a while, that carbon look is nice but I understand if you want to keep everything looking original. Look forward to good things in the coming year.

So drag and wind came and went.

Rain had me cautious, but still managed a respectable time without pushing too hard. Too bad I hit a cone though

Next on the agenda is a custom made set of upper control arms

The car also has anti-lag now but it's not been perfected on jdm gtrs yet. Works very well on usdm and edm. Just check out the AMS alpha omega breaking the record 1/4. They were the first to use the system. It's a Syvecs ecu.

Nice to see a good detailer in TnT!! Car looks great! Had a mini detail on mine the other day but the UK weather is a joke - covered in ice this morning and pouring with rain now.

Pap, what event is that, like a slalom course? Who maps your car Ben@GTC?

One of my really good friends has his done by Ben and got the anti lag LC a couple months back - sounds pretty mental 8-) . The main guys here are Ben and Iain but there are a few others making a name for themselves now but still either cobb or EcuTek. A lot of the big power guys here are moving to Syvecs. Iain at Lichfield was telling me about his trip to the Ring recently and how good the TC is. Can do full bore launch in the went etc and it just grips. Along with it's many other features.

^^The detailer is extremely good.

The event is similar to AutoX events.

Yes Ben is my tuner. He cracked the Mine's ECU

Lol certainly didn't feel that way. Only time I think I pushed real hard was against porny. My cornering was very sloppy, braked very early etc etc.

Next year will be a different ball game

the moment i saw the 3rd set of wheels, I instantly thought of the Z
anyway, it's really a huge toss up between the first two; but that would be a nice problem to have

btw, are these wheels the same as the G25 you posted? I only ask, because the center caps seem different (but that could just be a CP Engineering logo) :

OP is aware of ADV's.
I run ADV's on me and the wifey's RRS's
Awesome wheels, but I wouldn't put it on my GTR.

I'd go with A as well based on the options above.

I wouldn't buy adv1 for trinidad roads for a car this heavy with the profile tyre I run.

The only non jdm brand I would have considered is HRE

although they are Rays and will be the ultimate brand for me (pleb nah)
i just find they too "zigla-ish" in terms of style (my opinion)

then again; what do i know my car runs on 13's

I get good prices on Rays and I believe they make some of the strongest wheels.

You spot on though! The style is zigla-ish. In fact I think Rota done copy them already.

Dressing she in d best. No chinese wet layup carbon fibre. No Rota

Liking the first set the most as well.

But what happen to the G2 HMBs for daily driving? Love those rims.

Unless you expecting lamp posts to run out on your daily commute too
