POS drains starting to become filled to capacity...pavement being covered with water in certain areas...

Heat and build-up of clouds for most of today in Mc Bean.Presently we are getting first shower.
The weather seems to be designed to target stupid week-end road users who just love to drive when under the influence of 'something'.
Hope we are not in for normal carnage.

As the weatherman likes to say 'overcast conditions',but so far no rain this morning in Mc Bean,Couva.
Some work is getting done,but things up above look iffy.
