Honestly, I don't know if this is true.....this is depends more on the teaching methods of the individual lecturers. However, UWI's final year project is much more intensive that what most UTT degrees require. "

My Views

I am a UTT final year BaSc Process Engineering (Accredited by IchemE-See below) Student and the references that I am using to complete my part of the final year project at UTT involves multiple thesis from previous Mphils and PhDs so please get your facts straight. Mathematical Modelling in Matlab which is something really amazing to be done by a chemical engineer is being done at UTT based on the chosen final year projects particularly in Process Engineering.

And just so people know, both Petroleum and Process Engineering are accredited by recognized institutions in the UK; I am not sure about the governing body for Petroleum but for Process Engineering it is IchemE (See link below).

Anybody here got accepted to the msc in production management or engineering (faculty of mech eng) and awaiting academic advising in uwi? [SMILING FACE WITH SMILING EYES]
