2-Location of nearest dump
3-Other buildings/houses in close proximity
4-Circulation space for equipment around the building to be demolish
5-Traffic hours
6- Utilities to disconnect power/water/cable/etc
7- Health and Safety Regulations
8- Budget
9- Storage for good materials
10- Duration
