We are into the knock out stage after beating a "weakened " Honduras , an using better attacking options , Glen had them busy , we out shot them 15-7 . Jones played well again. Radanfa looks a bit rusty . Anyway we a through to the knockout phase after Haiti was beaten .

Hondurans still finished at the top of the Group B table with six points. Even though they Trinidad and El Salvador finished level on points at four apiece and goal difference, the Caribbean side took second due to scoring more goals (4-3).

I was listening to some commentary about the Hyland situation yesterday. It was "suggested" that the TTFF themselves didn't have the confidence that we would progress to the second round else they would have pressed negotiations for his services beyond the group stage.

T&T's play is reminding me a lot of the games against Sweden and England in WC 2006. We're playing more defensively with only Glen up front at times. (Ah wonder if Beenhakker givin' Hart some pointers...).

It's frustrating Mexico but leaving us very little support for Glen on the counter attacks.

I'm also wondering if soaking up all that pressure isn't tiring out them fellas because ah see Power and Cyrus commit some dotish fouls and give away a couple free kicks in dangerous positions toward the end of the half there.

But it's a credible performance thus far.
