looking for nice romantic resturant

going out with my GF for her birthday looking for somewhere kinda elegant style. price is not an issue but im not looking to spend $1000 for one meal. pics and links would be greatly appreciated.

no real budget. maybe in the area of 1500 to be realistic, including desert and drinks

i went buzo before with another girl, but i kinda feeling it again. was looking at Zanzibar by the sea, but they have more of a lime atmosphere. someone tell me carlton savannah have roof top dining and it nice.

Carlton Savannah has a rooftop bar. Meh.
The restaurant eh all that. Subpar compared to the other offerings in the area.
