Hey tuners, I wanna find out about vehicle transfer. There's a car without an engine that I wanna buy, it's registered and what not but I wanna know if the vehicle can be transferred on my name even though it has no engine. I don't want to buy it and build it knowing that it would be on someone else's name. Advice?
