6 on either side and one on top.

Usually
Benchpress
Squat
& Deadlift

are what are compared though.

All my muscles functional eh!
I just don't see where a man would need to lift 1000lbs with his feet. But it gets the legs bigger... Fit tight in them jeans

Squats - 45+35 plate on either side. Upgrade from 45+25.

Bench- 45+35 on both sides.

Leg press -4 plates

Very happy with my bench progress.

Making progress and feeling real good.

Anyone has lower back pain/sciatica/?

Remedies?

So far I've got:
Work on developing weak core.
Lots of stretches especially for inflexible hips and tight hamstrings.

Shin splints are sometimes caused by shoes,

Switch boots and went away immediately

True.
I used to get back pains while squatting.... Form was perfect., yet I still got slight tightness.
An experienced guy told me that my lower back was weak, so after a month of deadlifting 2 times a week. I was able to Squat perfect again.

People will never understand that concept until they are put into a situation that demands dynamic fiber/motor units recruiting and muscle coordination only to find that they are struggling to do something fairly simple athletic.

broscience.

Give me a scenario of one of this situation you speak of.

Every single muscle is either supporting or primary and they switch these roles depending on the situation.
I can under stand certain events you need to be a light weight so you need to drop lbm like long distance runners, but im not a prey i dont need to run for hours. Im a predator, explosive speed ftw.

Well, it ain't lies because its exactly what happened to me when I decided to delve into basic freerunning and related stuff(gymnastic/bboy freezes, movements) I was into weights primarily before that. Weights for me are supplemental/adding bodyweight and strictly recovery now. They hold no water to irregular object lifts and natural movements using bodyweight. Everyone has different goals, I just happen to agree with that statement. There is no one end to all, however strict weights doing restricted, mechanical movements is great for muscle building but hardly functional in a most true sense. There are a few that i support immensely and its the military press, full squat and bench press. i just do it in a different way.
