2-0 it ended, benz with the 1st and Jese with the 2nd....commentator said that Jese was excellent until he was taken off with an injury....hope it's not too bad

CR7 had some difficult attempts at goal but Jese was excellent excellent this young guy is RM future for sure. Bale had a sure goal hit CR7 and deflected out. Scoreline could have easily been 5 or 6 nil. Modric was excellent also, he made some awesome interceptions.

we need not only to win, but a convincing win, especially with this away game....our wins of late have been "lucky" since our performance has been piss-poor, after so many months we still can't get it right

It's a sad state of affairs for Real when Pepe is the only goal scorer in a match....we were shaky from beginning to end whereas Espanyol kept a constant fierce attack....r7 had a lot of chances but nothing came of them....still keeping my hopes up for a convincing win....but at least we closed the gap a bit
