Super in 4G18 in CS3. A/C always on. Tried my best not to do over 100 km/h thru this tank.

Excellent on the CS3.

$120 Super to fill from e-mark. Did that during Christmas when morning traffic was light. Cant replicate since the month start, even with reduced ac use.

I average 380-420 based on driving style.

Team Loco which Octavia is that? I think Octavias can run on super.

Not to be a spoil sport but those cs3 figures seem low? 10.8 km/l is what I get when giving fyazz for a whole tank. I would have thought the cs3 would get significantly better figures?

The CS3 would benefit a lot more from a longer final ratio or overdrive. It would do about 100 km/h @ 3000 rpm with 4G18 paired to 4spd semi-auto. Most other 1.6L cars do this at 2000-2500 rpm and even lower with CVT.

Im guessing that CS2As with 4G15 and CVT would stretch the tank some more.

Right now im testing the economy between the CS3 and the 4G94 GDI in my shark. Will post soon. Its a very interesting development so far...

Is that with giving fyazz or average driving? 7.5 km/litre of diesel is pretty low too. I would have thought diesel would carry you closer to 800km.

Yep it's pretty interesting. I'm lucky enough to see how driving style changes the fuel econ figures in real time on my vehicle so a lot of guesswork is taken out for me. I always read online that x or y increases fuel econ and it lines up with what is displayed. I can even see how idling at a traffic light brings down figures.

Some impressive fuel economy there. I get 450ish to gas light per $100 of super. I take traffixc penal to curepe everymorn and back in the evening. When no traffic avg speed is 120 or more. the almera not all that bad for an old car.:)

oh yeah, my mileage is with mild ac use..as in only when necessary, I don't much care for ac except for when rain is falling or the place is very dusty. If i drive aggressively, my mileage is way below the 500 km quoted figure, and maybe as bad as 350
