Put a bag of cocaine in the cow chit (make sure it firmly inside and not just on the surface),
Start to wash away the chit very gently so that the bag of cocaine starts to show.

Call police or TTSPCA and show them and say 'look wey e doin d poor cow'.
That should get rid of the owner for some years, and also the cow.

Siner69 take some photos of tye animal on your property, file a complaint to the police. They would come and speak to the idiot owner, and also advise you on how to go about getting legal help.

iirc the law allows for situations that If the animal is on your property and causing damage you can seize it & have the owner pay for whatever damages. If the owner refuses to pay, animal can be legally sold to cover costs of repairs. any extra money from the sale after repairs have been completed should be given to the owner. if the animal was sold & cost of repairs exceeds the value of the animal, it's owner can still be held liable for the difference.
