If you driving like this with seatbelt everything buckled, is that a charge?

How u take out d carpet wid d lower b pillar intact?

pop off the lower clips and just lift it so you can get to the carpet clips?

Why would u rest it back? Looks like he just rest it there the seatbelt just hanging
