Any ideas?

You are getting knock.
Check your knock sensor and coilpacks/plugs

ive realized that the temp on the car isnt crossing half, and that the engine gets really hot and the fan doesnt come on, wondering how long would it take for the engine fan comes on? the two hoses running from teh coolant overflow bottle is really hott, the left side of the radiator alot of heat is coming out of it, saw a slight smoke there also, switched off the engine and turned it on again, the smoke never came back, behind the engine also is getting really hott, i kep revving the engine but the fan isnt coming on. any ideas?

Put on the ac and see if the fans come on.
Rarely you would get the temp up enough for fans to come on while idling you would need to drive hard a bit and then check he fans

yes it comes on with the AC, but the engine is really hot, i feel the heat coming out of it really hott, and there when i rev the engine, the car makes a rattling sound

I am glad I found this thread. I have a 2007 Mazda 3. When the car is at a complete stop, with ac running, on drive and foot on the brakes, the brake pedal will make a small rattle/knocking/vibrating noise. If I shift to neutral it goes away. If I leave it on drive and release the brake pedal then continue to drive it goes away. Does anyone else have this issue? I visited a well known garage in Penal and they told me that was normal. They said that was noise feeding back from the exhaust system.

UPDATE 20/10/14
Turns out that the throttle body was very dirty. The electrician took it out and cleaned it like new. He also removed and cleaned another part from behind the air filter box. Noise and rattle gone.

Not normal on my MZ3.

Sounds like it could be a busted engine or transmission mount(s) and you're feeling the vibration through the brake pedal,

When i got my car i retrofitted my lenses and ran a Volt HID 35w 4300Kfor 4 years, up until i sold the car. Never had an alternator problem and i had a 1000w sound system installed as well.

Might have to check ebay but be careful of fitment and USDM had a different front bumper on most of the Mz3.

My 3 came with the H7 halogen bulbs and I retrofitted 2 aftermarket HID kits to my car over the space of 3 years - one 35W kit and one 55W kit - and have never had alternator problems either.

Not sure what problems being referred to here.
