wtk: anyone does hardwood flooring

need a room 14x14 done in teak
floor will need levelling (plastering) kinda uneven
estimated price (with and without own teak ) and contact info

Fyi teak is real high maintenance so prep for " don't drag or u will scratch it "
Check out agostini interiors for push click pvc floor, I recently installed in my garage

Well we did the whole house in teak except kitchen n bathrooms so it's kinda hard to estimate just the stairs wood work.
The metal work was about 6g but that was a long time ago from a person who specialize in curve stairs as he built the stairs and railings
He builds awesome curve stairs , his name is Mr Andrew from chaguanas

Btw the roman blinds was my DIY lol saved thousands and learn the around a sewing machine also

Aquarius Building Solutions on Dundonald Street....they have the vinyl planks flooring...water resistant and doesnt scratch easily.....624 9345...think they are on facebook as well...

^^^ It is, but too bad they weren't able to complement the steps with the teak handrail. When yuh could bend teak to make them kinda curves, yuh is ah boss!

That was considered but we prefer metal hand railings
but it can be done

Pablo did they float the floor or glued it to the concrete? How has it held up this far? Any advise? Thanks

Guys who did the hard wood flooring. Did you use a flooring hammer? If so help me get one locally nah. If no flooring hammer was used, did you just nail on the tounge or screws on the top? Thanks.

This is excellent, how many feet apart did you space the sub flooring? One foot? Did you use any glue? Thanks.
