i like nissans...it ok...but to beath Prado?....HA!!!

the pathfinder is to compete with toyota's 4runner as it did in the past. the prado is a different class and it competes with nissan's armada suv. u do not judge a nissan cefiro to a toyota corolla now do you? they're different classes. considering the vq40de in the pathfinder, it should out perform a prado like nothing. anyway, its all about cargo space, comfort and offroading capability so maybe someone should through a direct comparison test. the prado is a downscale version of the us-spec lexus gx470 minus the v8 and the some creature comfort features. 8)

I don't think the Prado competes with the Armada. It's in a different class. The Toyota Sequoia competes with the Nissan Armada (at least here in the States).

It was always 4Runner-Pathfinder, Landcruiser(not the Prado)-Patrol.

I have to agree that right now in terms of power Nissan runs circles around most Toyotas.
