I ran a tracert .. real sheit!!

And it usually has high ping from 5..

Other gamers can follow what I did an post it so we can see the difference.
I had a knowledgeable person from the US look at my tracert and he said its the route that my ISP takes to connect to the server that is causing the high ping and that I should report it to my ISP. But I would sure like to see what others are getting.

Paying for 20mbps. Only devices connected to wifi are 4 smartphones used for whatsapp, and my laptop. I can't tell you the last time I did a speedtest, and saw anything remotely close to what I'm paying for. POS area. Last night it sat at 4.63mbps. It's beyond frustrating. Been having problems with Flow for the greater part of the year. If they aren't recommending me to get an antivirus, it's noise. Or some other arbitrary reasoning for shoddy service. They send technicians to check it out, and they help nada. Sadly, the crap service I receive from them, is 100x what I used to receive from Blink broadband.

I'm sick of calling customer care though, so I'm in the process of writing a strongly worded letter to TATT. Can't be calling for assistance, and holding for near 20mins, for them to have me resetting my modem like an idiot, to no avail.

BEYOND FRUSTRATING! :x

I believe they have issues with those modems. Last install they did for a client had this same issue I reused an old belkin and the issues stopped. The tech just came and took away the wireless modem and left me a wired one no questions asked. (Was also refunded the cost of the wireless modem)

Yep same crap I'm getting with the wireless i called them and request a downgrade to wired, They agree to come check me before xmas.

Issues with 2n1
No connection to certain games and even games that works it randomly drops connection
Wifi connection on devices Ipad,iPhone,GalaxyTab don't connect to wifi unless i reboot modem if devices are idle connection lost so i need to have all devices display their connection settings when modem reset in order to connect.
Router password changed on it's own (WTMC) 3 times this happen which i had to reset. And yes i had my own password set from start not default one.
