Went weekend. No traffic, no crowd. First visit. Had no stones but there was a bucket and rope on the bank. Throwing the bucket out, dragging it in then tossing the water back into the river was more than enough to cause the plankton to glow. Bottled some and brought it home. It lasted for the rest of the night. Glad I finally saw it before the rush

Went easter weekend straight up the side street where the little jetty is that they jump from. No glow was seen when I threw big stones. No crowd either.
