could be to clear some sort of mod underneath...my car has a similar factory bonnet bulge with no venting, simply to provide clearance for the side drafts...maybe he have a blower or summ...

the man say well done...........I guess its the trend thats out now "stance, wide wheels, fender flares, etc" that makes people accept cars like these as good looking.
Remember when body kits, lambo doors and neon's was a thing?
I prefer the clean look "one tone paint, factory trim, and nice practical set of racing rim"
However will go all out on suspension and engine tuning

The intake on those engine reaches pretty high .that's why most go with a b16 head and intake.
