Most likely the tiens. I have the gold tiens on my 14 and It does make the car firmer through the corners however the ride is a bit rough for daily use. The height drop is around 2.5" front and 1.7 or 1.8" in the back. I believe the green tiens are a little higher. The B14 only has about 3" wheel travel so dropping anymore than 1.5 gives you a rough ride but nearly all the springs available are more than 1.5".

Don't even consider sleeves unless its Ground Control and thats not saying much. The GC sleeves might be excellent for circuit use but horrendous for every day driving.

They gold teins are suppose to be the H tech and the green are the S techs.

The H techs are not as aggressive as the S. They offer less drop and are suppose to be a more comfortable ride.
