is it as safe as amazon? or is it more of a luck and chance like Ebay...

im seeing some good deals from the US suppliers for some marine products..

I don't think they could understand our language. Its difficult as well to read the English they send back as well when I sent a inquiry.

i use alibaba and aliexpress and never had problems
