Curried ancho is really nice.

I like it fried. Ita kinda soft to curry.
Stewed is good.

yep, fried and then make your sauce base with some of the oil you used to fry with, onion, garlic, pimento, green seasoning and your curry. Add your salt and water to let it cook and thicken up then just add your fish and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Caught these today at the "savannah" Patos from 7am to 1pm...
Water was calm and currents moderate... Bait ran out, so had to rack up early...

ended up going maracas on the lil jetty. held some nice ancho little over 15 inches or so largest was like 18 inches. Wifey enjoy herself. we also caught some small cavali and carangas. lots of other ppl were there but they caught small fish. Our mullet bait was better suited for the slight roughness and to withstand the smaller fish. Was really enjoyable.

cud organise mahi and stuff from you guys once my friend long liners pull in...jus need to say and i cud organise...does be like 40/lb...mite be able to do better bcuz we is d suppliers...ah boat came in yesterday but only tuna and some sails dey bring...

Mecalli i called Trinidad seafood in Freeport. They hav it 15.60 ah lb already cleaned. That price good. If i dont get tru fresh i will check them.

It's great except for the fact that fishing is banned there now, some ppl still try a thing but you stand the chance of getting run

Went off five islands, pic showin a lil part of the catch. Plenty shark, cro cro and a fewl cavalli. Plenty herring in the water too, bring up about 20 with the sabiki easy
