comparing the CW's arrow to batman is....stupid LOL different universes and to boot there isnt a btman counterpart for that universe as yet. i think they confirmed that he does exist especially now that theyre gonna bring teen titans and have them in the same universe as arrow flas and legends of tomorrow however we will never see bats supes or WW on tv. The arrow tv version is based on DC comics Green arrow so much of his past and his training is made up just for entertainment..he never defeated Ra's or had much interaction with him much less the league of assassins ( not shadows smh ) .....oh well....bats would win hands down any day against ollie
