Could check P.U.R.E in the back of el Socorro . They deal with roads and infrastructure. Can call and see if they can assist . Not sure if they may apply to you
careful as pavements are usually the remit of local city corp urp social welfare programs ie you will be stepping on other people toes if you choose to do this work and city corps can make your life difficult
Which area is the land located? Does the normal maintenance of the road fall under the purview of the respective regional corporation in your area or is it a main road [Highways Division]..
its a main connector road for main road to highway (mausica road d'abadie) visited my regional corp and they say they dont deal with that. took my # and said they would call me with info. pure doesnt deal with that i'm lost as to where to turn
