PNM COUNCILLOR BRUTALLY ASSAULTED BY YUMA SECURITY

A video posted on facebook shows a man being brutally assaulted by YUMA band security on carnival Monday.

The assaulted is PNM Councillor with the San Juan/Laventille regional corporation Councillor Jason Alexander.

Sources indicate Alexander was assaulted because he was not a member of the band YUMA and when asked to leave did not exit quickly enough.

It was reported that while Alexander was on his way out security started assaulting a female masquerader and as he intervened he was beaten.

Jason played with Island-People Mas. Investigations are ongoing.

personally I know every security member who assaulted the councilor ,some of them employed with the regiment , the guy with the green cap with the baton who delt the blows to the back of the councilor was that rely call for .

Caucasian woman dressed in a yellow costume wearing a legacy wrist band was found dead.

This year carnival has to be one of the most disappointing especially with the crime and cancelled fetes. :roll:
