^^^sumn very fishy with that release..if its a cheque from MoH then shouldn't it be the same as a subvention cheque normally used to pay the rha workers?an that cheque is not normally held for so long when deposited at the banks so wat they talkin abt its "customary" to do so. Also, didnt protective services get there backpay?did their cheque took so long to clear?hmm..

well the MoF said bonds were supposed to be before the end of the financial year which is Sept and if PS chose cash they would get it in 2 tranches next year i.e. 25% then 25%. I don't think anything different has been announced

the "theory" being bandied about is they can sell them at face value to the banks after 3-6 months, that's from the technocrats but no one knows for sure until Imbert opens his mouth
