Postby boxy » July 27th, 2016, 5:24 pm

Anyone Has any experience with these I am seriously interested in gettting the sash and sliding ones I see ABEL is the first place that comes up in searching. Im curious to know if you guys bought from them your experience with them If there are guys who fabricate them locally and any recommendations to any other place that sells them.

Try Vogue Homes in Freeport or Pionare in marabella. Both carry windows that are much more sturdy than Abel.

Call Harry at 315 8515

He did an apartment building for me and is doing another at the moment.

No complaints with his work.

I am presently welding up a burglar proofing for a friend who bought a bunch from Abel,
Some are not square.

Pvc Windows look nice but need additional burglar proofing and one must also consider if the Windows gonna be opened or not in the long run.
Many houses hardly ever open their windows with Aircon etc so factor if it makes sense or not.

Aluminum is another good option.

They say this supposed to last alot longer than steel, less maintenance.

Check out ABC doors and windows in San Juan.
Number is 638 7184.
Had them almost 2 yrs now, no serious issues as yet.
At that time their prices were ok as compared to above listed companies.
Every 6 months I clean it , lubricate the locks and linkages and armoul the rubber seals
Only thing you have to have burglar proofing if at ground floor level.
