If you have need for further information please do not hesitate.

The pricing structure is quite fare actually, i've personally found that hiring a taxi gives one the best guesstimate, and most people would appreciate a fair cost based on distance traveled as well as time. i think that there's always room for improvement in any service or industry and honestly it is necessary to give people the choice so that they can judge for themselves.

Hoping to deliver exceptional customer service and to serve this community to the best of my ability!

Sincerely;

MMK

Hell if I bored enough I might run this on a weekend (if that meets Ubers minimum) and make some beer money on the side.

And for Bluesfool again, Trinidad already is mapped out very well (see morasystems.co.tt) . What's needed is 3D maps for fully autonomous self-driving cars.

Lol blues you mentioned specificly maps and I was saying they are not using Trini drivers for mapping. Self driving cars are coming and of course Uber is a heading in that direction, but actual 3D laser scanned maps will have to be done separately.

And yes I'm not doubting Uber will learn from local driver data so they can create traffic models and do some amazing forecasting for demand. That is common knowledge noob.

no reason why point to point drop taxis like this can't be popular too. we need more of that type, not the rank type.

if it were reasonably priced, i wouldnt mind paying $100 for a cab by myself from POS to sando.

For uber to be successful it needs drivers volunteering in the areas which have the drop requests

This will be interesting as the mass traveling public demographics and driver volunteers in those areas could vary a lot for a number of factors, terrain, socio economic class, race etc

Something tells me you don't know how Uber works.

Let's just say your problems of getting kidnap from random PH drivers are over.

dis is what i want to kno

& if the Uber driver responds to a call for a pickup & gets robbed, who responsible for compensating them for their losses? I srsly doubt the insurance company will, & it even less likely Uber will either

and wouldn't insurance cover you now? assuming its a decent company here, but you've done nothing wrong except give somebody a drop. Unless they specifically update their clause saying running Uber is not allowed then they have to honor the claim.

For private cars the insurance says it is not to be used for reward or hire.

Exactly, & like it or not Uber drivers would be in breach of the insurance agreement.
Only way I could see this working legally is if only registered taxis sign up to provide the service. Otherwise all Uber drivers will be in breach of the RTA & their private vehicle insurance policy.

Uber uses the app to pay, book and track the drive every step of the way by both the driver and customer. This makes it more secure.

If someone vomits, urinates etc uber pays for clean up etc by crediting your account. You've gotta submit a couple photos to them as evidence and they'll reimburse you. Sometimes more than what it costs to clean up the mess.

If done right, 37 hours work time per week can easily translate into $2000. It's an effective way to work less and earn more, based on actual living wage income. To me it's just a smarter way to have a greater outreach to clients. It's all about delivering outstanding customer service in any industry once that can be accomplished the results are astounding.

Driving with Uber gives you a FLEXIBLE way to EARN. feel free to pm me for additional information and to signup
