The only reason I never bought an expensive casio watch is because the cheap one I bought 5 years ago is still going strong. Cheap casio edifice and it seems indestructible. I assume their tough watches and g-shocks are made with a nuclear holocaust in mind. A Casio would always be my daily beater. Can't go wrong (although I make an exception for the seiko 5 in the future)adnj wrote:mazdamig wrote:IMG_20161225_114441.jpg
This series from Casio is an excellent value for US$40. It has some quirks but anyone that has ever thought about owning a Casio ana-digi should very seriously consider buying one.

Got this from the wifey for Christmas though. Something to compliment evening wear without making too much of a statement.

Slartibartfast wrote:Yup. Eco drive is perfect for everyday watches. If you only wear it on special occasions just leave it in the sun next to a window one day every month or so and you should be good.Gladiator wrote:Got this today...

Gladiator I was considering this watch. How does it feel quality wise in real?

That one is the Zilla with an OEM metal bracelet. It cannot use a rubber strap because the attachment is different. I have a couple of Zillas with Suppa adapters and they are really nice, imho. You can buy them online at Suppa parts.
