Hmmm if I'm not mistaken I coulda swear that's the same place that nearly killed my wife in 2009 after a contaminated spinal tap for a c-section,she was discharged and NEARLY DIED AT HOME after, who knows ? And to add insult to injury or injury to injury they chipped a pristine colgate ad front tooth as well, cost $6,500 to repair that alone, had to root-canal and cap caus it couldn't hold repair material on thin incisor edge ..
I was in the delviery room and they were prodding her with some huge menacing metal tools like a slab of meat literally with no kinda due care ,I complained and they told me maybe I should wait outside as it may be too much for me,I politely went out because you don't wanta upset the people who has the lives of your loved ones in their hands, but it just didn't seem right. To clear things up it was a normal delivery that turned into an emergency C-Sec hence my presence in delivery room to witness the procedure as I have all my kids previously except the first which was a planned C-Sec.
I just got a hunch that I may be right, for certainty interests of said nursing home may feel free to bring legal clarity to this if they wish..everyone knows where to find me. I would've but was very weak at the time due to a number of simultaneous crises.
If I'm not mistaken they took a routine procedure and turned it into near death meningitis.
St.James hospital for any lil family emergency since..not saying they're responsible, negligent or liable here but from my experience with 4 nursing home deliveries and a sick dad,one forgot a huge piece of placenta causing real unnecessary distress to my lady and another almost dropped my newborn and had to literally catch him before he hit the floor, and another treated my dad for high blood pressure and not his ruptured colon that was causing it,generally local private hospitals and their over stretched and time-shared staff equipment and profiteering just aren't what they used to be.
RIP lady...
