Quality of internet service has been good for me,only issue is this is the 2nd time in 3 weeks there has been a major outage in my area(over 2 days) with no reasonable repair time/response from the company.I remember them fixing issues within 2/5 hours of it happening & that was a 24/7 thing not just a 9 to 5, only on weekdays thing.Also they would acknowledge the problem at least.Now they don't fix anything during the night or weekends,csr's only tell you to "reboot the modem" or "we don't show any issue in that area" & that's if they pick up the phone.So i would say that their customer service has been seriously dropped since digi took over the area.At least last time they at least fixed the cable a few hours after,this time nothing.
