2010 to 11= $49 billion
2011 to 12= $54.6 billion
2012 to 13= 58.4 billion
Total = 162 billion

PNM

2015 to 16 = $ 63billion
2016 to 17 = $ 53.4 billion
2017 to 18 = $ 50.5 billion

Total = 166.6 9 Billion spent by the PNM and nothing to show for it.
