Boy , all I could say is that everybody trying to get through, you just make sure you do proper search, and have a good lawyer deal with your business.

People too careless and that is why he getting through. They so anxious to get a deal that they putting out money based on what a seller tells them . A search is only a couple hundred dollars. But don't worry ,time will run out for these smart men.

I put everything into my lawyer's hand, only when he tells me it's ok then the seller sees any payment. If you want to seal a deal by making a downpayment before the search, have the deposit be kept in escrow, that way they know you are serious ,but they can't touch the money until the search is done.
If a lawyer /Conveyancer does your search and give you ok to go ahead, and there is some problem with the title, then you have legal recourse.

Anyone did business with or familiar with a Mr Bernard Saroop of R and D Holdings?
They are responsible for a development called Pembroke Pines in Sankalal, Whiteland. Trying to determine if anyone has gotten a deed for there lot as there were some ongoing issues with the land. I am now however seeing some construction taking place on individual lots.

I would stay far from that. R&D holdings is bogus, you have to pay around around $1500 to register with them and you get nothing in return.
Sankerlal had no approvals as far as I know, Occah Seepaul was the layer for this and the access roads to get to the development flood in the rainy season, ask a few of the residents if you don't believe me.
The view however from the top of the hill is beautiful tho, just not sure how safe it is to build on a sand hill

Ok. They have town and country approval I am sure about that, but not divisional approval. Long and short it does seem to be something to stay away from because of who is involved. I do know the general area very well and I have never seen or heard about flooding at least not for the last 5 years so that is interesting news. Another reason to run.. thanks for the response.
