^ I think the point Tailosive made is that since Linus opened up the iMac and did stuff inside Apple refused to repair it. He also made the point that Apple may not want to take the risk that they repair or sold the part and then there were other things wrong.

Samsung to pay Apple $539 million in damages following patent battle

Samsung has been ordered to pay Apple Inc. $539 million in damages, following a seven-year clash over patents which ended in a retrial.

That amount has whittled down as the years have gone by, and Samsung argued that it should only pay $28 million this time around.

The damages were decided by jurors at a federal court in San Jose, California on Thursday, who were figuring out if Samsung should pay damages based on its smartphone sales, or just components that infringed on Apple's patents.

It had already been determined that Samsung infringed on two of Apple's utility patents and three of its design patents, the latter of which included the rounded corners of its iPhones, the rim that surrounds the front face, and the grid of icons on the screen.

when you do a search , then you have to identify photos etc.

It's called Captcha and it is put there as a security process to prevent spam, bot attacks etc.

If you use a VPN it will stop.

Sometimes it tells you, that you cannot proceed with your search , so I usually go to Yahoo.

is it the GSM version is only 128Gb and the CDMA version is 256Gb or am i missing something here ???

cause i cant afford a 8+ and i do not want a flagship phone.
i have more important things to do with my cash and i the iPhone seems to be a good solid phone that can last a while without any software issues and also as a bonus it doesnt suffer from fragmentation O.S plague that google has.

and i saw him advertising on tuner but he has some horror stories as well....all "i hear" but i dunno how true.
so unless he offering me full cash back refund on a used phone if theres any issues with it....sorry.

in addition i dont buy used phones.
