I hope that the steps OP said are being taken works, but as others said, it might just be him adjusting and finding his identity, mind you, there are unhealthy ways of expressing that process so he needs assistance with that.

I am a father of 2, one is a 14 year old boy, yes he is sheltered but thankfully so far he seems to have his head on right. Of course he has what i think is normal issues like raging out when things don't go exactly his way, but its rare and I realise it is a release from have to "conform" most other times. We deal with it when it happens, (it only happens at home).

I major factor is the lack of an example, I mentioned this is another thread some time ago, but where i grew up the older men of the village would go out on the corner on most evenings to lime. i remember clearly always passing by large groups of older men just hanging out on the corner when we came home late. But my father never did this, he came home from work and stayed home, then as my brother and I grew up, we where never told to not go out and lime as the other guys our age where starting to do. We just did not, because my father did not. We did other things as a family so we never felt we were missing out.

It was a different time, I used to walk home to St. Anns from South East in town with my friends from Belmont. Yes we limed and did some things that are not totally innocent but we all had to be home by a certain time and we knew it.

I would never allow my son to do that now. I know one can say that we cuddle our kids and don't give them the freedom that we had, but i do think it is not as safe as back then (early 90's).

There is no silver bullet to parenting, we must remember what it was like to be young and set our expectations accordingly, and remember that our kids are their own person and don't impose exactly what we think they should be and act on them.

No sure if any of that was any help.

Its for the good of her child and to ensure the frustration he causing doesn't start affecting her job or ability to upkeep herself physically as a beautiful young woman, you need to take this one for the best interest of the boy.
It is the mom that is root cause, told OP this.

I hope the councillors he got are up to date with moden reseach and methods in solving the problem.

Then it the moms fault for her bad judgement and taste in men.

It's no secret that women want a bad boy, who beats the crap and treats her bad. Women love this and will side step any good guy.

Men get blame, but it's the woman that choose a guy and let him spill in her pum pum

Men don't make babies and it a womans choice to get pregnant
